Groupon. Good Idea or Bad Idea?

If you’ve been surfing the web, I’m sure you’ve been seeing Groupon ads all over the place. Groupon is essentially a company that distributes daily an awesome coupon close to where you reside. You visit their website and signup only with an e-mail and get 50-90% or more on anything from dinner, go carting, to spa treatments. What are the Benefits for the Consumer?
